not op but i really don't think there's any maintenance at all? as long as the top of your hair is close to your natural you don't have to do anything but dye your roots brown again, the blonde isn't going to change really unless you get a trim and you want to bring the blonde up higher. just use a purple shampoo to take the brass out of the blonde and you really don't have to do anything to it. i've had it for almost a year and i've only redone it once because i had to get a haircut and it made the blonde too short
